3. SMS Text Messaging Program Terms & Conditions
Program Description
Old North Home Services offers an SMS text messaging program to provide service updates, appointment reminders, quotes, and occasional marketing messages to customers who opt-in.
Consent is not a condition of purchase — you may request services without opting into SMS.
1. SMS Consent Communication
The information (Phone Numbers) obtained as part of the SMS consent process will not be shared with third parties for marketing purposes.

4. Estimates & Pricing
All estimates provided are approximations based on the information provided and subject to change after inspection. Final pricing will be confirmed in writing before work begins.
Quotes are valid for 30 days from the date issued unless otherwise specified.
5. Payment Terms
- Payment is due upon completion of services unless other arrangements are made in advance
- We accept cash, check, and credit/debit cards
- A deposit may be required for large projects
- Late payments may incur additional fees
6. Cancellation & Rescheduling
If you need to cancel or reschedule an appointment, please notify us at least 24 hours in advance. Cancellations with less notice may be subject to a service fee.
7. Warranties
We stand behind our work with workmanship warranties. Specific warranty terms vary by service type and will be provided in writing. Manufacturer warranties apply to materials as specified by the manufacturer.
8. Limitation of Liability
